RULES:
All abstracts should be sent at least 7 days prior to the start of the event following which the ppt template will be shared.
Submitted abstract should be of the format - times new roman, 12-Point font size and 1.5 spacing. The abstract must include – title,Name(s), email address and affiliation of the author(s). Abstract must not exceed 300 words.
The mail where it needs to be submitted will be shared post Registration confirmation.
The powerpoint presentation must be prepared only using the template sent. For those participating in online mode the pre-recorded ppts with voice over should come in at least 2 days prior to the start of the event and for those taking part in Offline mode the ppts should come in atleast 2 days prior to the start of the event.
The mail where it needs to be submitted will be shared post registration.
The subject of the e-mail should be ‘PAPER_(Participants’ names)’ and the file name should be the title of your paper.
Time scheme: Presentation – should not exceed 10 minutes.
Questioning – 3-5 minutes.
Team size: Maximum of 3 per team is allowed.
Judge's decision is final
MODE: Participant can choose to present online or offline.
