MechanicalEvent Round Details
Participants must recreate the given 3 part models individually using the permitted CAD software within 1 hour. The round tests speed, dimensional accuracy, and modelling efficiency.
- Individual participation only
- Use only SolidWorks, Creo, or Fusion 360
- Attempt as many parts as possible within the time limit
- Maintain dimensional accuracy according to the reference
- Internet, AI tools, and unauthorized assistance are prohibited
Preference is given to models completed with fewer and more efficient features.
Qualified participants must model the given parts and assemble them into the specified final assembly within 1.5 hours. The final output must include a properly formatted drawing sheet with the required views and dimensions.
- Only Round 1 qualifiers can participate
- Create the complete assembly model from the provided parts
- Dimensional accuracy is the primary evaluation criterion
- Internet, AI tools, and unauthorized assistance are prohibited
Among dimensionally accurate assemblies, the participant with the fastest completion time will be ranked higher.
