Event Round Details

Description

You'll be given a dataset and a set of questions to crack — no Google, no AI, just you and your team! Dig through the data, spot the patterns, and answer as many questions as you can before the clock runs out. Stuck on a tricky question? You'll have fun mini-challenges along the way where you can earn clues to help you out. Choose your moves wisely, because every clue comes with a little catch! Stay sharp, work together, and don't let the data fool you!

Rules
  • Only the provided dataset must be used to answer the questions.
  • Internet access and external sources are not permitted during the round.
  • Use of AI tools or other automated answer-generation tools is strictly prohibited.
Description

You'll be given a dataset and now it's your turn to make the data talk! Explore the dataset, find interesting patterns or insights, and bring them to life with meaningful visualizations. Use your visuals as evidence to build a story and present it to the judges. Make it clear, make it creative, and most importantly, make us believe that your data has a story worth telling!

Rules
  • Only the provided dataset must be used to craft the story.
  • The story must be supported by visuals from the given dataset.
  • Internet access and external sources are not permitted during the round.
  • Use of AI tools or other automated answer-generation tools is strictly prohibited.
Tie Breaker

Judges will compare the "most unique insight" from tied teams. If still tied, audience votes will decide the winner.
