Teams solve 4 challenges to gather clues and identify the culprit behind an industrial disaster; a 5th challenge provides crucial hints to determine the cause of the accident. A 'Mafia character' eliminates team members who make mistakes during a challenge. Teams have 3 lives for the entire game, and losing lives results in losing points gained in earlier challenges. The winner is determined by points, time taken, and whether the team correctly identifies the culprit.
- Complete each challenge to gather clues and advance to the next challenge.
- If a team member makes a mistake during a challenge, the mafia character will eliminate them.
- Teams have 3 lives for the entire game; losing all lives results in losing points gained in the challenges.

In this quiz-style event, participants are given the first letters of four key movie elements: hero's name, heroine's name, song title, and movie title. Using these clues, each team must identify the correct movie as quickly as possible. Once the movie is guessed correctly, the team must connect the movie to real-world engineering concepts, listing and explaining engineering aspects (from various departments) linked to the events or themes in the movie.
