HACKER'S ASYLUM

Hacker's Asylum is a two-round cybersecurity challenge designed to test participants across a variety of security domains. Teams will first compete in a classic Jeopardy-style Capture The Flag (CTF), solving independent challenges across multiple categories. The top teams will then advance to a themed, story-driven final round where they must solve a connected sequence of challenges while racing against other teams. Participants will be tested on skills such as web security, cryptography, reverse engineering, forensics, binary exploitation, OSINT, and other areas of cybersecurity.

Description

A themed, story-driven cybersecurity challenge race. Teams solve a sequence of interconnected challenges. Challenges may span multiple cybersecurity domains. Teams are ranked primarily by the number of challenges solved. If teams solve the same number of challenges, completion speed determines their ranking.

Rules
  • Only teams qualifying from the Prelims may participate.
  • Collaboration is permitted only within the registered team.
  • Sharing flags or solutions with other teams is prohibited.
  • Attacking the competition infrastructure or other teams is strictly prohibited.
  • Flags must be submitted through the designated submission mechanism.
  • Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage may result in disqualification.
  • The organizers' decision regarding disputes, rule violations, and scoring will be final.
Tie Breaker

If multiple teams solve the same number of challenges, the team that reaches that number of solved challenges first will be ranked higher. If multiple teams solve all challenges, the team that submits the final flag first will be declared the winner.
