Participants are invited to submit their research papers online for evaluation by a panel of judges. The submissions will be assessed based on their originality, technical relevance, and quality, with the shortlisted teams advancing to the final round.

• Teams must consist of 1–3 members. Submit your Abstract via Google Drive and paste the shareable link in the submission form.
• The Abstract must include: 1) Title of the Paper 2) Names of all Authors/Team Members
• Submission Deadline: 20.09.2026 (5 days prior to the event)
• Abstracts will be evaluated by a Panel of Judges. Shortlisted teams will be notified via email.
• The Plagiarism Report will be considered during the selection process
• All participants must strictly adhere to the prescribed rules and submission guidelines

Shortlisted participants will present their research through a PowerPoint presentation before a panel of judges. The presentation will be followed by an interactive question-and-answer session, providing participants with an opportunity to demonstrate their technical knowledge and understanding.

• The final round will be conducted in Hybrid Mode — Online / In-Person
• Shortlisted participants must prepare and deliver a presentation based on their submitted paper
• A Question & Answer session will be conducted by the Panel of Judges following the presentation
• No registration will be permitted on the day of the event.
• Tech Passes must be purchased only after the paper has been shortlisted.
• Participants are advised to contact the Event Head and clarify any queries before submitting the Abstract.
• Selection in Round 1 is mandatory to participate in the Final Round
