Event Round Details
The AptiTech Challenge is a screening round designed to evaluate participants' aptitude, logical reasoning, and core technical knowledge. The test will consist of multiple-choice questions covering quantitative aptitude, analytical reasoning, and fundamental concepts related to the participant's field of study. This round aims to assess problem-solving ability and technical competency.
- Duration: 30-45 minutes
- Questions will include both Aptitude and Technical MCQs.
- No negative markings.
- Use of mobile phones, calculators, or any external assistance is strictly prohibited.
- Participants must complete the test within the time of allotted.
- Top scorers will qualify for the next round.

Participants shortlisted from Round 1 will take part in a Group Discussion based on a given topic. This round evaluates communication skills, teamwork, leadership qualities, critical thinking, and the ability to present and defend ideas effectively. The number of participants qualifying for this round will vary depending on their performance in Round 1.
- Qualification for this round is based solely on Round 1 scores.
- The number of shortlisted participants may vary.
- Participants will be given a topic and preparation time before the discussion.
- Respectful communication and active participation are mandatory.
- Interrupting, using inappropriate language, or dominating the discussion may result in penalties.
- The judges' decision will be final.

Participants shortlisted from the Group Discussion round will undergo a one-on-one mock interview conducted by the interview panel. This round is designed to replicate a real internship/job interview process, assessing candidates on their technical knowledge, communication skills, confidence, problem-solving ability, and professional attitude. The overall performance in this round will play a key role in determining the winner and internship recipient.
- Interview duration: 10–15 minutes per participant.
- Participants must report to the interview venue before their allotted slot.
- Questions may include technical, HR, situational, and career-oriented topics.
- Candidates should maintain professional behavior and communication throughout the interview.
- The use of mobile phones or external assistance is strictly prohibited.
