Paper Presentation is a flagship event of Invente '26 that provides participants with an opportunity to showcase their research ideas and innovative work. Participants can submit research papers based on various domains in Healthcare Technology. Selected papers will qualify for the final round, where participants will present their work before a panel of judges. The final presentation will be limited to 7 minutes, followed by a 3-minute question-and-answer session. The event aims to encourage innovation, research, and impactful solutions in the field of Healthcare Technology.

Event Round Details

Description

Participants must submit their research paper in IEEE format through the specified email ID. The paper will be shortlisted based on novelty, social impact, economic status, and implementation factor. Selected participants will be notified via email.

Rules
  • Submit the research paper in IEEE format.
  • Mention the paper title and authors' names clearly in the email.
  • Submit the paper before 21 September 2026.
  • Papers will be evaluated based on novelty, social impact, economic status, and implementation factor.
  • Only shortlisted participants will proceed to the final round.

Description

Selected participants must present their research work through a detailed PowerPoint presentation. The final round will be conducted in both online and offline modes. The presentation will be followed by a question-and-answer session with the judges.

Rules
  • The presentation must be completed within 7 minutes.
  • A 3-minute Q&A session will follow the presentation.
  • Maximum 2 members per team can present in the final round.
  • Participants must present their submitted research work.
  • Participants must strictly adhere to the given time limit.
