Papers will be chosen (virtually)
- Teams of maximum three members are allowed
- Spot entries are strictly prohibited.
- Submitted papers must strictly align with the approved technical domains.
- Submissions will be evaluated by final-year students, who will select the highest-quality papers for the next round.
- Authors of accepted papers will be officially notified via email
Preference will be given to papers addressing the most relevant and current technological trends.
On stage, offline paper presentation
- Teams must assemble at the venue exactly 5 minutes prior to the event's commencement.
- Presentations are strictly limited to 8 minutes in duration, followed immediately by a 2-minute Q&A session with the judges.
- Teams must utilize the provided official presentation template.
- The decision of the judging panel is final and binding.
Final rankings will be determined based on novelty, individual presentation performance, and the judges' comprehensive review.

About the event
MEMEZAP! is a fast-paced technical entertainment event combining engineering problem-solving, digital meme creation, spontaneous pitching, and rapid-fire technical debate. Teams are given everyday technical problems and must invent absurd yet technically explainable solutions, communicate them through memes, and defend their ideas through rapid-fire questioning. The Top 8 teams then enter a high-pressure technical debate where they must reverse their stance and incorporate unexpected meme prompts into their arguments.
